Herbal powders are massaged in a special way for 30 to 45 minutes every day for 7 to 28 days. This is considered very good in reducing over weight and controlling cholesterol of the body. It also strengthens muscles and tightens loose skin.

 Abhyangam (The ayurvedic full body massage)
Abhyangam is a popular body massage in ayurveda. The word abhyanga itself means to massage.  Netra Tharpanam (Stress relieving treatment for eyes )
This is done by allowing clarified butter (Ghee) to remain in the eyes, which strengthens the optic nerves and improves the eyesight.

Thalam
This treatment is helpful for throat, ear and nose problems, migraine, hair loss and dandruff. In this treatment special powder is mixed in medicated oil and is applied on the upper portion of the head and is kept for nearly 20 to 45 minutes
